Access and sign-in
When do I need to sign in?
Immediately for workspace routes, and after the anonymous interaction window is exhausted on public routes.
How long do the sign-in credentials last?
The magic link and one-time code expire after 1 hour unless you configure a different value.
Request workflow
What happens after I submit?
Requests begin as submitted, then move to acknowledged once confirmation delivery succeeds.
Can I review history without signing in?
No. Request history and workspace summaries stay behind the signed-in route tree.
Anonymous activity review
Anonymous browsing is capped at 100 interactions in a rolling 1-hour window. The score uses both this browser and the current IP address so it can nudge repeat visitors into sign-in without pretending to be exact.
